Paying rent is simple: We send you an invoice via email from our invoice system Billecta every month. All you need to do is complete the payment to the specified bankgiro number.
By using Qasa, you can make sure that your payments are handled safely and that your deposit is in a safe place. There is no room for fraudsters here to operate.
If you receive an email that request you to transfer funds for a home you found through Qasa, please contact our customer support immediately. We always use Billecta for our payment.

Can you pay by credit or debit card?
Unfortunately not at the moment. If you don't have a Swedish bank account you can pay using the IBAN and BIC details on the invoice or pay via TransferWise. Read more about international payments here
Can I pay with Swish?
Of course you can! in the invoice email from billecta you have a button that will take you to the instructions. Otherwise you can just go into your billecta interface and choose the invoice, and then choose the payment method Swish.
Can I pay via autogiro?
Of course you can! We have an article about what it takes to set it up.
Keep in mind that the invoices you have already received from us before the activation of the autogiro must be paid manually. You can always double check how the payment will be made by opening up the invoice. There will be "paid via autogiro" when the process is complete.
