Qasa always requires a security deposit of one month rent. We think this is a good way to secure your personal belongings in case any damages would occur. To make it easier for you, and safer for the tenant, we will handle and keep the deposit on a separate client funds account throughout the entire rental period. You do not have to think about this at all.
The only thing that you need to have in mind, is that we have received the deposit before you give the tenant access to the apartment. You can do this under the "Lease" tab by entering "Rental Payments". There you get an overview of all rent payments as well as the status of the deposit.
