When the rental period is over the landlord will have to approve the refunding of the deposit (i.e. nothing is broken). The landlord has 10 days to do so. If the return is approved on day 3, We transfer the money on day 4, etc. If your landlord doesn't do anything, we will initiate the transfer automatically on day 11. So make sure you’ve provided us with your bank details.
The deposit is handled by us throughout the entire rental and is kept on a separate bank account (client funds account). Thus, the landlord never has access to your deposit.
If your landlord would deny the deposit refund, we’ll contact you and initiate a case for the process of the claim.
