Once both parties have signed and received verification of complete signing, there are a few more things left to do.
Before moving in, you must have paid your deposit to us. The deposit is always 1 month's rent. The deposit is paid in to us via an invoice that will be e-mailed out to you from our partner Billecta. You can read more about these invoices here. It is kept on a secure client funds account throughout the rental period and is returned after completion of the rental.
After the deposit has been paid, you and the landlord need to agree on the time and place to handover the keys and signing of an inventory list.
