This is how Qasa sort profiles in the search results under Find Tenant
Tenants are sorted newest to oldest, unless you have a published home. If you do, a matching score is generated which takes the following parameters into account to ensure the greatest match possible:
- Lease information
Move in and out date, rent, number of tenants - Home Details
Square meters, furnishing, location, student home, senior home, type of home, shared home - Tenant requirements
Wheelchair accessibility, smoking, pets - Amenities
Balcony, storage, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hot tub, parking, sauna, bicycle storage - Activity level
Prevents matches between inactive users
It is not possible to change the sorting settings under Find Tenant.
This is how Qasa's listings are sorted in your search results under find a housing
Qasa displays your search results of all published homes matching your search criteria. The search can be refined by using filters, e.g. maximum number of rooms, maximum rent or move-in date. The sorting of the search is mainly affected by the sorting you choose under other files and "sort on", e.g., "Newest first" or "Latest move-out date". There you will find all the options you can sort on.
Sorting of Qasa search results under Find a Home - newest first
Sorting listings by newest listings first is always the default. It is therefore the publication date or renewal date that determines where a listing ends up on the list under Find a Home.
