You pay a service fee of 4.95% added to your rent each month. The fee is clearly stated in all ads for long-term accommodation, so even before contacting the landlord, you can see what the total monthly cost will be. There are no additional fees.
How it works
In this guide, you can read about how it works for private tenants and how to write rental agreements as a private tenant. There is not much difference for you as a corporate tenant, but there are a few exceptions:
