Publish a rental listing
The price for publishing an ad as a company varies depending on the type of ad you want to publish:
Second hand: 375 SEK incl. VAT (299 SEK excl. VAT)
Company housing: 375 SEK incl. VAT (299 SEK excl. VAT)
You can apply to become an invoice customer, if you wish to have all your costs collected at the end of each month. Otherwise, you can pay for each ad at the time of publication. Read more here.
Professional property owners and managers now advertise their first-hand rental contracts via HomeQ. Published listings still receive wide exposure as they are also visible on Qasa – providing maximum reach through Sweden’s largest rental housing marketplace. If you previously advertised first-hand rentals via Qasa, you now need to create an account on HomeQ instead. Read more here.
Write rental agreements
Writing rental agreements and accessing our payment guarantees costs 0 SEK/month.
If you choose to write agreements via Qasa, you pay nothing. The tenant pays a service fee included in their total monthly cost, clearly stated in the ad. No hidden fees are added for either the tenant or the landlord.
