As a company, you pay to advertise on Qasa. However, you have the same opportunity to write rental agreements and access all payment guarantees during the leasing process free of charge (you can read more about how the service works here).

Publish a rental listing
Publishing a housing ad as a company costs 299 SEK (excluding VAT).
You can apply to become an invoice customer, if you wish to have all your costs collected at the end of each month. Otherwise, you can pay for each ad at the time of publication.
Write rental agreements
Writing rental agreements and accessing our payment guarantees costs 0 SEK/month.
If you choose to write agreements via Qasa, you pay nothing. The tenant pays a service fee included in their total monthly cost, clearly stated in the ad. No hidden fees are added for either the tenant or the landlord.
