No need for deposits!

In some cases, a deposit may still be required. In such instances, we securely store the deposit in a separate escrow account, during the whole rental, to prevent fraud. We also handle all rental payments, ensuring your first rent is not transferred to the landlord until you have moved in and confirmed everything is in order.

You will only pay a service fee of 4.95% added to your monthly rent. The fee is clearly stated already in the listing, allowing you to know the total monthly cost before contacting the landlord. No additional fees are charged.
How it works step by step

Create a profile: Set up a profile where you introduce yourself to landlords by providing information about your background, occupation, and previous references. The more detailed your profile, the higher the chances of finding suitable accommodation. Learn how to create an attractive profile.

Contact landlords: Contacting a landlord is easy; simply click "Contact" in the ad and send a message. Contacting a landlord does not commit you to anything. Find out more about how to contact landlords.

Sign the rental agreement: Once you and the landlord agree, it's time to sign the agreement. The contract is signed digitally through Qasa with BankID or photo identification. Will you perform a credit check on me?
Upon signing a rental agreement, we conduct a micro-check, a smaller version of a credit check that does not impact your credit score. You can see if a credit check has been performed in your settings.
