Create an account
Start searching for a new home by creating an account. In your account page you will be able to fill out information regarding who you are, your occupation as well as any references you might have. A complete profile will increase your chances with your applications landlords’ interest. You can then apply for as many homes as you like by clicking on "Apply" in the rental ads.
Creating an account and using our services is free of charge, and once you sign a rental agreement you will only have to pay the rent stated in the listing as well as a deposit! All payments are done via invoices to our bank giro and never taken out of your account directly. We does charge a small fee for providing a safe and smooth rental experience, but this cost is already included in the rent stated in the listing. No other fees are applied.
Apply for Qasa guarantee
As a tenant with a Swedish ID-number you can apply for the Qasa guarantee. If you do not have that you can skip to the next section. By applying for the Qasa guarantee you give us permission to perform a credit check with your Swedish ID-number through our partner UC. The guarantee also implies that we will continue to pay up to six months rent to the landlord, should the tenant fail to pay its invoices. This does not mean that the tenant is relieved from paying. We will initiate a debt collection process for unpaid invoices. This is an additional security for the landlord, and a way for you as a tenant to increase your chances of finding a home. You can apply for the Qasa guarantee from your profile.
Find a home
You can now start searching for a home. You will now be able to fill out your Rental profile by going to "Rent a Home" and then clicking on the top of the page. You will be able to select what price range you are looking for, as well as size and location. Make sure your rental profile is completely filled out and up-to-date. Our matching algorithm will find the best homes for you, based on your rental profile. Click on interesting listings for more information and apply with one simple click on the “Apply” button. If you don't like the place, click "Not for me" to discard it. If you accidentally discard an ad you want, you can always find them by going to "Applications" and then click on the "Denied" tab. It is not binding to apply or approve a request. Only in the case of contract writing a binding agreement is entered into.
Keep track of your applications
Track all your applications on the applications page. When a landlord chooses to accept your application, a conversation will be initiated in our chat tool. You can then ask any questions you might have and schedule a time to view the home
Sign the rental agreement
Once you have come to an agreement, the landlord will generate a lease tailored to your rental. You sign it online using BankID, quick and easy. If you don't have BankID, contact us through our chat support and we'll solve it without BankID. Please not that we ask for any money upon signing. Payments through us
Once the signing process is finished it is time to pay the deposit which will be paid through a deposit invoice sent to your e-mail. We will safely handle all your rental payments and keep your deposit protected. This makes our services free from potential frauds.
Make sure to never pay anything directly to the landlord. We never allow payments via tools such as Trustly, Skrill or any other 3rd party payment services. We only use invoicing and all payments are made to our bank giro service. This is always through our partners Billecta.
