We handle all payments for you
By signing your rental agreements through Qasa, you don't need to worry about rent payments or deposits. We manage all tenant invoicing and ensure your rent is paid to you on timeāon the 25th of each month, in advance.
To receive your rent payments, please add your bank account details in your settings.
Rent Guarantee
Tenants who suddenly cannot or will not pay the rent can be a costly affair for you as a landlord. With our Rent Guarantee, you will always receive the rent, even if the tenant fails to pay, for up to 6 months or a maximum amount of 60,000 SEK. This gives you the financial security that allows you to be at ease during the rental period.
The guarantee applies to all rental agreements signed through Qasa, even with international tenants. We take on the risk and offer the same protection regardless of whether the tenant has a Swedish personal identity number or not.
The guarantee can only apply as long as you have an ongoing lease agreement signed via the platform.
When will you receive the rent?
As a landlord, you will receive the rent on the 25th of each month in advance. Please note that the first rent payment is made 8 days after the tenant moves in. This is done to provide security for the tenant and reduce the risk of fraud on the platform.
We stand by your side at all times
Through our rent guarantee, you are financially protected even if the tenant does not pay. If a payment is missed, we handle reminders and provide you with all the documentation required for you as the landlord to pursue the case for debt collection and eviction with the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Read more about the process here).
