Qasa uses Billogram, a digital payment platform, to simplify rent payments with interactive invoices accessible via email links. Tenants can pay via bank transfer, Swish, or card, view payment status, and access payment history without creating an account. BankID enables full features like automatic payments, while international tenants can pay manually using provided bank details. Billogram reduces errors, offers direct support, and allows automation for convenience.
To ensure your rent payments are as smooth and secure as possible, Qasa uses the payment platform Billogram. We have gathered answers to the most common questions about how this works for you as a tenant.
Please note that some users are still covered by Billecta, which is another payment platform. For information related to that service, please read this article.
What is Billogram?
Billogram is a digital payment service that replaces static PDF invoices with an interactive invoice. It functions as a personal web page for your rent payments where you can manage everything directly in your browser, whether you are using a computer or a mobile device.
How does it work?
When your rent invoice is ready, you will receive an email with a link. Instead of manually entering long OCR numbers and amounts into your online bank, you simply click the link to access your invoice.
On your invoice page, you can:
Pay easily: Choose between direct bank transfer, Swish, or card/automatic payments (where available).
See real-time status: You receive immediate confirmation on the screen once the payment is completed. You never have to wonder if the money has arrived.
History: View previous payments and download statements as PDFs if needed.
How do I log in?
You do not need to create an account or remember an additional password. Billogram uses secure identification:
Email link: Click the unique link in the email we send you every month.
Verification: To gain full access to all features (such as setting up automatic payments or viewing detailed history), you identify yourself using BankID.
If you do not have a Swedish BankID
You can still pay your rent via Billogram even if you do not have a Swedish BankID (for example, if you are an international tenant).
View payment details: When you click the link in your email, select the option "Continue without BankID" (or the option for manual payment). You will then see all the information needed to make a standard bank transfer, such as Bankgiro, OCR number, and amount.
International Bank Transfers: If you are paying from a foreign bank account, you will find the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT codes directly on the invoice page under the manual payment section.
Please note: Certain features, such as scheduling payments or activating Autogiro directly within the Billogram view, require BankID for security reasons. Without BankID, you will need to initiate the payment manually through your bank each month.
Questions regarding your invoice?
If you have technical questions about the payment process, how to use the platform, or need help with settings like automatic payments, you can contact Billogram directly:
Directly on the invoice: You can ask questions and send messages directly through the message field on your invoice page.
Billogram Help Center: For technical guides and frequently asked questions, visit Billogram’s Help Center.
