To apply for a listing published by one of our professional landlords, you need to link your Qasa account to HomeQ. This is because the landlord has used HomeQ's system to create and publish the listing.
If you already have a HomeQ user account, you only need to linking it to your Qasa account. If you don't have an existing HomeQ account, you can easily create one when applying.
Collect Queueing Points
As a member, you automatically start collecting one (1) point per day from the date you link your account to HomeQ. If you've had a HomeQ user account previously, you can use your queueing points from HomeQ at Qasa. If you've been a member of Qasa or Blocket Bostad longer than on HomeQ, you'll receive 1 point for each day you've been a member on Qasa or Blocket Bostad, up to 500 points when you link your account. In this case, your old HomeQ queueing points will be overwritten. Your queueing points are administered by HomeQ but are visible on Qasa.
Manage Your Applications
Currently, all applications for listings published on Qasa via HomeQ's system need to be managed on HomeQ. If you've received an offer or message from a landlord, you'll clearly see it in the chat on Qasa.
If you want to remove an application, click on the three dots to the right of the application. When you then click on "Continue to HomeQ," you'll be automatically logged in to HomeQ and directed to the right place to manage your application.
