What’s Included in Qasa Premium?
Qasa Premium is a service that simplifies your search for first-hand apartments with professional landlords. With Qasa Premium you can see your place in the queue and the rental requirements for apartments from professional first-hand landlords before you apply, you have the exclusive right to submit applications for selected apartments and also the opportunity to have more active applications. All to make the path to the right accommodation for you shorter and easier.
Exclusive insights
Use your applications in the best way – see your place in the queue and how good your chances are. With Exclusive insights you get a better understanding of how good your chances are of getting a certain apartment, even before you apply!
Your place in the queue
With Qasa Premium you can see if you are in the top 3 in the queue, otherwise we show your exact place in the queue right now. Once you have applied, you can also see how your place in the queue changes as more applications come in.
Note that the queue position can only be seen for apartments sorted by queuing points and that it is only possible to see the number of approved applications for an apartment if it is sorted by queuing points or randomly. If you receive an apartment offer, you cannot see your place in the queue afterwards.
Number of applicants and viewings
See how many approved applicants have applied for the apartment and whether the landlord has started viewings and sent out offers or not.
See if you meet the landlord's rental requirements
We match your profile with the landlord's rental policy so that you can see which requirements you meet and which requirements you do not meet. If you are missing something in the profile, you will be informed about what needs to be completed.
Landlords' rental policies typically consist of:
- Income requirements
- Debt-related requirements
- Requirements for maximum number of moves in the last 3 years
- Requirements for household size
With Qasa Premium, it becomes much easier to navigate through our thousands of apartment listings and find the apartments that best suit your circumstances.
Should I not apply if I do not meet the rental requirements?
The rental requirements are a template that landlords use to ensure that the tenant has the ability to pay the rent. Many times, landlords are flexible, which means that a minor deviation does not automatically mean that you do not have a chance of getting the apartment.
What can I do if I do not meet the landlord's rental requirements?
- Make sure that you are not missing anything in your profile and that you have downloaded your credit history.
- If you are moving in with a partner or a friend and have not linked your accounts, you should do so. Your incomes will then be combined, which increases the chance that you will meet the income requirement. Don't forget that your co-applicant also needs to obtain their credit history.
- With Qasa Premium, you know in advance if you don't meet the requirements. Explain the discrepancy in your personal letter to the landlord. For example, if you have an old debt, you can explain why in your personal letter. Remember not to share any private information as your personal letter will also be displayed in your profile. Many times, the landlord can overlook a minor debt if it becomes clear why it arose, for example a parking ticket that you missed to pay three years ago.
If you have good conditions based on your position in the queue and are interested in that particular apartment, follow the steps above and submit your expression of interest!
Apply earlier
With Qasa Premium, you can apply before others to selected first-hand homes.
Apply earlier means that you, who have Qasa Premium, have the exclusive right to apply to new ads for 23 hours, before they are then made available to everyone else. This function applies to all apartments that are rented out according to the principles of First-come, first-served and Random sorting.
These ads are clearly marked with "Only with Qasa Premium".
Landlords cannot start selecting applicants until the ad has been made available to all users.
How often do such ads appear?
Approximately 20% of all professional first-hand ads are rented out based on the principles of First-come, first-served and Random sorting. This means that you who have Qasa Premium can apply 23 hours before other users on every fifth new professional first-hand ad.
More applications
Get more active applications. Apply to 10 first-hand properties at the same time and as many as you want to all our second-hand properties.
You can have up to five (5) active applications for professional first-hand ads. If you want to maximize your search, you can increase this number to ten (10) active applications through Qasa Premium.
How Do I Subscribe to Qasa Premium?
You can easily start your subscription directly on the page here.
To subscribe to Qasa Premium, you must first link your account to HomeQ, which is easily done with your BankID.
Which Listings Are Covered by Qasa Premium?
Qasa Premium applies to first-hand rental contracts published by professional landlords. You can easily recognize these listings by the "apply" button instead of the "contact" button.
To find first-hand rental contracts, look for a box labeled "första hand" (first-hand) in the listing. When you rent first-hand, you enter into a direct lease agreement with the landlord, which gives you rights such as security of tenure and reasonable rent. Rent is paid directly to the landlord and is often based on the apartment’s utility value, which takes factors such as size and location into account. If there are issues with the apartment, you may be entitled to reduced rent until the problem is resolved.
Pricing and Subscription
The price and commitment period depend on the option you choose:
- Monthly Subscription: 299 SEK per month.
- Three-Month Plan: Pay for three months upfront at 249 SEK per month.
- Six-Month Plan: Pay for six months upfront at 199 SEK per month.
When your prepaid period expires, it will be renewed for a new period with the same binding period and the amount will be deducted from the same card/account as before. This means that the 3- and 6-month subscription will be renewed for 3 or 6 months at a time unless you choose to cancel.
If the charge fails, we will try to charge a number of times before the subscription ends.
Under Settings, you can see and manage everything related to your subscription, such as payment history and payment details. There you can also update your card details.
Can I Cancel My Subscription?
Yes. You pay in advance when you get Qasa Premium and can cancel at any time during the period. The service will then end when your period has expired (after 1, 3 or 6 months). You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Under Settings you can see and manage everything related to your subscription, such as payment history and payment details. This is also where you cancel your subscription.
When you cancel your subscription, no new payments will be charged and your subscription will not be renewed. Please note that you still have access to Qasa Premium+ until the termination date.
What Payment Options Are Available?
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or LINK. The subscription will renew automatically by the original length unless canceled.
If the charge is not successful, the system will make a number of attempts before terminating the subscription.
