What’s included
Super apply
Send your application straight to the top of the landlord’s inbox to show that you’re highly interested. You’ll remain at the top until the landlord responds. You receive 2 super applications per week, which you can use by actively selecting the option when applying. Unused Super Applications roll over and can accumulate up to 10 in total.
Exclusive insights
Access deeper insights about the home right on the listing. Available insights vary depending on the home type.

See how many people have viewed or applied to the home. You’ll also see how quickly similar homes are usually rented out and whether any applicants have already been denied.

Get a snapshot of how complete other applicants’ profiles are—whether they’re verified, have a profile picture, or have included their occupation.

Evaluate how the rent compares to similar homes in the area. This feature helps you determine if the rent is reasonable and aligned with the market. Available for leasehold properties.

Know your place in line—see your exact position or whether you’re among the top 3. Your position updates in real time as more applications are submitted. Once you receive an offer, the queue position is no longer visible.

See how many applicants the landlord has approved, invited to viewings, or sent offers to. This data is only available for listings that use queue or random sorting.

Rental requirements*
We match your profile with the landlord’s rental criteria to show which requirements you meet and where there may be gaps. Common requirements include income, debt history, number of moves in the past 3 years, and household size.
Landlords are sometimes flexible. Even if you don’t meet all criteria, we still recommend applying if you have applications available. If your profile is missing something, make sure it’s updated—especially your credit history. If you’re applying with a partner, link your profiles so both incomes are counted.

Highlighted profile
Stand out with a highlighted profile and a premium badge. Your profile will be extra visible to landlords both when applying (in the landlords inbox) and when landlords search for tenants—giving you the best chance to get noticed.
Apply earlier*
Be first in line for selected homes. Listings marked with “Apply early” are available to you 23 hours before they are made public, giving you a better chance of receiving an offer.
This feature applies to all Swedish first-hand apartments where tenants are selected based on first-come, first-served or random sorting. Approximately 20% of all Swedish first-hand listings use these selection methods. Landlords are required to wait until the full early access period has passed before they can send offers to applicants.

More applications*
Double the number of active applications you can have for Swedish first-hand homes—from 5 to 10 at a time. You’ll still have unlimited applications to all other homes.

How do I subscribe?
You can subscribe here.
What does it cost?
The price depends on the option you choose. Current prices for new subscriptions:
- Monthly plan: 349 SEK per month.
- 3-Month plan: 169 SEK/month (paid upfront)
- 6-Month plan: 139 SEK/month (paid upfront)
When your prepaid period ends, your subscription will renew for the same term and price, and the amount will be charged to the same payment method. If payment fails, we’ll retry before your subscription ends.
How do I pay?
We accept the following payment methods:

You can manage your subscription, view your payment history, and update your payment details under settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. You’ll retain access to Qasa Premium until the end of your current billing period (1, 3, or 6 months).
To cancel, go to settings where you can also view and manage your payment details. After canceling, no further payments will be charged, and your subscription will not renew.
