There can be several reasons why you are experiencing login issues, but most often the solution is simple. To quickly resolve the problem, start by trying the following:

Troubleshooting Login Issues

To rule out any browser or network-related issues, try the following:

  • Log in using a different device—for example, a computer if you were previously using a mobile device, or vice versa.
  • Try a different browser.
  • Connect to a different network, such as mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.

Clear Cookies

Old cookies can sometimes cause login issues or bugs on the website. Try clearing cookies in your browser on either your computer or mobile device.

Common Login Issues

Changing Password or Email

Vend-account

If you have a Vend account, follow these steps to change your password or email:

  1. Go to account.vend.se 
  2. Log in and manage your login credentials there.

Qasa Account

If you have a Qasa account, you can update your email address directly on Qasa.se:

  1. Go to your Settings.
  2. Select Personal > Email Address and update your email.

I’m Not Receiving a Password Reset Email

If you have tried to request a new password without success, check the following:

  • Do you have a Vend account or a Qasa account? If you have a Vend account, the password reset email will be sent from the address account@vend.com.
  • Could the email have ended up in your spam folder? Please double-check different folders such as spam or similar in your email. Also check that no domains such as qasa.se or vend.com have been blocked.

I Get the Error Message "Authentication Failed" When Trying to Log In

If you haven’t logged in for a long time, your account may have been deactivated. If you see the error message "Authentication Failed", contact our support team from the email address linked to your account, and we will help you reactivate it.

I No Longer Have Access to the Email Linked to My Account

If you no longer have access to the email associated with your Vend or Qasa account, contact our support team.
