If you want to change the email address associated with your account, there is a simple way to do it:
- Start by logging in to Qasa (if you are having trouble logging in, you can read more here).
- Click on "Edit" in your profile settings next to your current email address. You can find your profile settings by clicking here.
- Write the new email and click on "save".
- You will receive a confirmation email to your previous email adress.
I no longer have access to the email address
If you no longer have access to the email address to receive the confirmation email, you need to contact support.
Your email address and profile are linked to a Schibsted account
If your user is linked to Schibsted's services through Blocket Bostad or the Blocket.se marketplace, Qasa's support unfortunately cannot help you change the email address through our internal systems.
In that case, please use the following link to fill out a form with Schibsted's customer support.
Select the category “General inquiry” (NB! Not the category ‘Blocket x Qasa’, then you will end up back with us). You can then ask support to help you change email addresses or send out passwords.
