If you want to change the email address associated with your account, there is a simple way to do it:
- Start by logging in to Qasa (if you are having trouble logging in, you can read more here).
- Click on "Edit" in your profile settings next to your current email address. You can find your profile settings by clicking here.
- Write the new email and click on "save".
- You will receive a confirmation email to your previous email adress.
I no longer have access to the email address
If you no longer have access to the email address to receive the confirmation email, you need to contact support.
Your email address is linked to a Vend-account
If your user is connected to Vend services, Qasa support unfortunately cannot help you change your email address through our internal systems. To change your password or email:
1. Go to account.vend.se
2. Log in and manage your login details there.
