- Connect to a different network, such as mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.
Clear Cookies
Old cookies can sometimes cause login issues or bugs on the website. Try clearing cookies in your browser on either your computer or mobile device.

Changing Password or Email
Blocket x Qasa Account (Schibsted)
If you have a Blocket x Qasa account, it is linked to your Schibsted account. To change your password or email:
- Go to login.schibsted.com.
- Log in and manage your login credentials there.
Qasa Account
If you have a Qasa account, you can update your email address directly on Qasa.se:
- Go to your Settings.
- Select Personal > Email Address and update your email.
I’m Not Receiving a Password Reset Email
If you have tried to request a new password without success, check the following:
- Do you have a Blocket x Qasa account or a Qasa account?
- Blocket x Qasa accounts can only log in via bostad.blocket.se.
- Qasa accounts can only log in via Qasa.se.
Note: If you are unable to log in or request a new password, try logging in from the other platform. If you're trying to log on to Qasa, try Blocket Bostad instead. Since the platforms are linked and display the same listings, you only need one login.
I Get the Error Message "Authentication Failed" When Trying to Log In
If you haven’t logged in for a long time, your account may have been deactivated. If you see the error message "Authentication Failed", contact our support team from the email address linked to your account, and we will help you reactivate it.
I No Longer Have Access to the Email Linked to My Account
If you no longer have access to the email associated with your Blocket x Qasa or Qasa account, contact our support team and attach a copy of your ID to verify your identity if you cannot send the request from the registered email address.
